What does treatment involve ?
An initial consultation and assessment will be performed and details of any medical history will be taken into account to ensure all life style factors are considered. This also helps to determine your requirements and create a treatment programme that is tailored to your needs. The treatment will then be carried out on the feet, or hands, whichever is preferred, ensuring you are fully relaxed and comfortable at all times.
Will I enjoy the treatment ?

Sometimes feet can be sensitive especially if an individual dislikes their feet being touched. This is overcome by working the hands instead by using the same techniques as those applied to the feet.

The hands are also a means of cross reflexes. Where an area of the foot may be too painful to touch due to injury, illness or operation, the hands can be treated instead. This is because of the anatomical relationship that exists between the hands and feet.

If within reasonable distance, home visits can be arranged outside a 5 mile radius of Hillingdon however an additional £3.00 will be charged to cover travelling costs.

For many years, I have been interested in all types of complementary therapy and was amazed at the positive effects reflexology offered. Finally, after receiving several treatments, I was encouraged to learn this particular therapy myself and in 2004, went on to study with the London School of Reflexology to become a qualified reflexologist and full member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists). I now provide a mobile service by treating clients in their own home, where they are likely to feel most comfortable and relaxed.
